The First Onsite contract provides high quality remediation, restoration, and reconstruction services essential for educational institutions when emergencies or disasters strike. A nationwide presence and comprehensive emergency response services available 24/7/365 means E&I members can rely on First Onsite to arrive quickly to make a difference immediately.
Combining decades of service with unmatched agility, resources, and coverage across the US, First Onsite offers E&I members the disaster recovery solutions needed to tackle challenges of every type, size, and scale. Their transformative proprietary approach to disaster recovery is designed to speed up recovery, accelerate claims, and reduce costs.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Statement of Intent form. First Onsite will contact the member in 2-3 business days to discuss scope. If applicable, the member will be assigned to a local First Onsite representative. Member and First Onsite will mutually define the process for each engagement. First Onsite will physically visit the campus and discuss an Emergency Response Plan (ERP). An ERP must be in place before an event happens. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.

When a member decides to move forward, they will complete and sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to secure commitment. The MSA will serve as an umbrella agreement. Members may opt to create a unique SOW for each engagement, if desired.
