The eShipGlobal contract provides a multi-carrier shipping and freight solution that is deployable across departments on campus, helping users manage inbound and outbound shipments, enhance export and hazmat shipping compliance, and automate billing, audit, and invoicing processes.
eShipGlobal is a web-based shipping solution provider that offers seamless access to shipping and freight management across campus. The solution compares various carrier and mail classes, costs, and transit times to allow users to select a preferred shipping method. Its robust, data-driven reporting module has filtering and targeting capabilities that enable visibility and transparency while optimizing workflow efficiencies.
eShipGlobal is a diverse owned E&I supplier with national certifications by the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council, a regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council and as a Historically Underutilized Business with the state of Texas (HUB). eShipGlobal is able to provide Tier 1 diverse spending solutions to E&I members. E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
