DialCare provides a full suite of virtual health solutions to E&I members. DialCare offers a Physician Access program, which provides 24/7/365 access to non-emergency care from a national network of US-based, fully credentialed physicians and virtual primary care for long-term care of chronic conditions. Their Mental Wellness program provides virtual counseling and psychiatry with licensed mental health professionals for mental and behavioral healthcare. Their Teledentistry program gives 24/7/365 access to consultations with licensed dentists via video or phone. Their Virtual Vet program provides 24/7/365 access to guidance and information from licensed veterinary professionals.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete the two-step enrollment process below to sign up for this contract. Contact your E&I Member Representative for help at any time. Complete and submit the DialCare Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by DialCare within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a DialCare LLC Member Specific Agreement. Once both parties sign the necessary paperwork, DialCare LLC will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
