E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the CXT Incorporated Statement of Intent form. A CXT representative will contact members within 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs, scope and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI is submitted, the Member is assigned to local representative who will call and email within 4-7 days to get the information needed to create or update the account. Member’s Account is then connected (or created if new) to the E&I contract. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

One year warranty
Members are responsible for marking exact location building is to be set; providing clear and level site, free of overhead and/or underground obstructions; and providing site accessible to normal highway trucks and sufficient area for the crane to install and other equipment to perform the contract requirements. Site must allow for the crane to be within three feet of the building location and the truck to be within three feet of the crane. Member shall provide notice in writing of low bridges, roadway width or grade, unimproved roads or any other possible obstacles to access. If site does not meet these parameters than Supplier will need to perform a site visit to assess special equipment requirements to perform delivery and installation. Under these conditions, Members will negotiate installation on a project-by-project basis, which shall be priced as separate line items.
