E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Compass Group Statement of Intent form. A Compass Group Sector Representative will contact members to discuss needs and define the scope in 2-3 business days. Multiple meetings, site surveys, stakeholder engagement and financial analysis may be necessary. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI is submitted and scope/ proposal is mutually agreed upon, members will sign a Member Specific Agreement to move forward with the project. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
