Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) is a global travel management company specializing solely in higher education travel. CTP originated from their passion for travel and understanding of the challenges faced by institutions in managing their travel needs. They provide a unique blend of customer service, innovative technology and tailored program development which drives exceptional return on investment at every step of your journey through greater savings, improved efficiencies, and maximum safety. CTP is large enough to offer innovation in all geographies, yet their flat organizational structure and local empowerment ensure they are agile enough to remain sensitive to the distinctive goals of each institution.
CTP is the #1 higher education travel service provider in the United States with 30+ years’ experience as a one-stop-shop travel management company offering online booking tool fulfillment and travel agent support for faculty/staff, athletics, recruitment, alumni, student travel, study abroad, and meetings/events. CTP has over 185 higher education institutions within their client portfolio, and this growth is tied to their fundamental knowledge. Higher Education is not a typical corporate entity; indeed, it is vastly different. CTP has a thorough knowledge of the unique needs/wants and diverse cultures of universities, and tailors each program for the perfect fit.
