E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Club Car Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, Club Car will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
Dealer
Upon completion of the AAF, Club Car will assign the Member to a local dealer/rep. E&I Members will purchase products and/or services from the local Authorized Club Car Dealer (selling agent). Vehicles will ship from Manufacturing Plant in Evans, GA, to local Authorized Club Car dealer network for prepping/setup and final delivery.

Warranties Vary by Vehicle Type
Under the warranty terms for claim submission through the Warranty system, the Club Car warranty system automatically generates a part return request in the “Due Parts “Inbox for the part required for return/inspection before processing your claim. All parts that do not need to be returned at the time of claim submission must be held for 90 days from that date. Club Car reserves the right to request any part(s) submitted under a claim within 90 days of the claim submission date. All warranty parts must be properly identified with a “Warranty Part Identification Tag”(WRT23307WT), and every package or shipment must be identified with a “Warranty Return Label” (WRT23311WL) before returning them to Club Car for review. These labels and tags can be ordered free of charge from service parts are stated in service bulletin 10-001. The claim will be denied if a part requested by Club Car is not returned within the specified term in the warranty system. Part(s) from a denied warranty claim may be requested for return at the dealer's expense. The request must be made in writing to the Warranty Department within 30 days from the claim denial date. The warranty department will scrap all parts not requested for return after 30 days from the claim denial date.
Freight is an additional cost to be added to any quote. Club Car will charge freight to ship a vehicle to the local Club Car Dealer which will be passed on to the E&I Member. Dealer will also add PDI/prepping fees and a dealer delivery fee from their location to the E&I Members location.
