Their experienced team works with higher education institutions to recruit and place qualified candidates in senior level positions, including Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Vice Presidents, Deans, and Directors.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Cizek Associates Statement of Intent form. A Cizek Associates representative will contact members within 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs, scope and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI form is submitted and service needs are determined and agreed upon, Members will sign a Retained Executive Search Agreement when ready to move forward and initiate services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
