Dedicated cloud teams provide consulting and ongoing support services, and are completely focused on recommending, architecting, and deploying coordinated, cost-effective solutions. CDW streamlines the complexities of cloud and simplifies the process of selecting and implementing the best solutions for your unique needs, including public, private, and hybrid clouds.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete the Letter of Participation to sign up for our CDW contract.
Supplier
To begin utilizing the CDW contract, complete the Letter of Participation. You will receive a confirmation notice within 24-48 hours that your account is active and you may begin placing orders.
Online catalog and additional information is available at cdwg.com/eandicloud. Website is eCommerce enabled and will accommodate online purchasing.

Installation shall be provided by selected cloud provider as applicable
FOB destination, full freight allowed. One business day for in-stock, non-configured orders, standard configuration services typically in 2-3 days.
