The BlueScope contract provides access to pre-engineered buildings and services available through a nationwide network of 1,500 authorized builders. The only pre-engineered building manufacturer owned by a steel company, BlueScope provides the entire supply chain from raw steel through completed construction.
BlueScope Construction has been a national general contractor since 1970. BlueScope has pioneered the design-build turnkey solution in the purchasing cooperative industry. Their primary focus is on producing large, pre-engineered buildings. BlueScope's Government and Community Services group specializes in providing facilities and construction services to federal, state, and local government agencies, educational organizations, and non-profits.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the BlueScope Construction Statement of Intent form. A BlueScope representative will contact members within 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs, scope and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI is submitted, BlueScope will contact the Member to gather the information required to finalize a Formal Opportunity Assessment with BlueScope. Both parties will sign the necessary paperwork to initiate services and move forward. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
