E&I members have access to all hardware and software solutions available in the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Automation product line, point-of-sales service agreements, and third-party affiliated hardware.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

The Supplier shall accept the following as reasons for return or credit:
Supplier and/or its agents will issue credit with waiver of any claims against member.
Supplier shall not impose a restocking fee on member if item is returned due to damage, incorrect product shipped, or Supplier customer service order entry error. Product returns will be accepted at Beckman Coulter's discretion under its Returned Materials Authorization policy and may be subject to a restocking charge.
If a product defect is discovered and verified by Supplier's investigation under normal and proper use during the warranty period, Supplier will, at its option, and without charge either (i) correct by repair, during its normal business hours, or by replacement with an equivalent product the defective product or (ii) to refund the purchase price paid by member. If required by Supplier, member must ship the defective product to Supplier transportation charges prepaid, and Supplier will either return the product to member with transportation charges collect or if the product is found to be defective, return it to member at Supplier expense. The original warranty period will be in effect on any repaired or replaced products. If Supplier replaces any part under this warranty or because of any Services performed, Supplier will own the replaced part. Beckman Coulter is responsible for all filing of claims based on FOB destination. E&I member shall immediately notify delivering carrier of loss or damage to the shipment and shall cooperate with Beckman Coulter in adjustment of all claims. E&I member agrees to permit Beckman Coulter or their representative to inspect damaged goods.
Supplier certifies and warrants those services provided under this Agreement will be provided in a competent and professional manner. This warranty shall be valid for ninety (90) days from performance of service. Unless a special warranty is provided with the product, Supplier warrants to member that:
