They also sell ALLDATA brand of automotive diagnostic, repair, and shop management software as well as maintenance items, accessories, and non-automotive products. Backed by their nationwide network of distribution centers, Hub / Mega Hub locations, and company-owned delivery fleets, members benefit from consistent market availability to keep their fleet vehicles operational. Most stores also have a commercial sales program that provides commercial credit and prompt delivery of parts and other products to local, regional, and national repair garages, dealers, service stations and public sector accounts.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Submit the AutoZone Auto Parts Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, AutoZone will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Members can purchase online via autozonepro.com, phone or in store. AutoZone offers an on-demand delivery program to each serviceable location. Questions or concerns can be directed to government.solutions@autozone.com
Once the AAF is received, AutoZone will assign the member to a local store. An AutoZone account will be connected/created (if new). Members may visit their local AutoZone Store or order online. E&I will also follow up to assist with enrollment.

AutoZone will provide all E&I members its hassle-free return policy, warranty policy, labor claim reimbursement policy and nationwide warranty. All returns will be processed at the servicing AutoZone store location.
