The Alpha Building Corporation contract provides job order contracting (JOC) services for total facility maintenance. This Woman-Owned HUB delivers proven management procedures for construction, quality, and safety, with a dedicated Project Manager assigned to every job and thorough documentation to ensure timely workflow and quality control.
Alpha Building has been providing job order contracts of every designation since 1973, with successful partnerships with the Department of Defense, colleges, universities, school districts, private industry, and municipalities. This contract is only available to E&I members in: Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, and New Mexico.
Alpha Building is a diverse-owned E&I supplier with certifications in the following states: Texas (HUB) and Tennessee (WBE). Alpha Building can provide Tier 1 diverse spending solutions to E&I members. Alpha supports your institution's green initiatives with erosion and sediment control, waste management, energy conservation, and emission controls.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Contact your local Alpha Building Project Office. When contacting your local Project Manager, please identify yourself as an E&I member.

Alpha's construction superintendent inspects materials and equipment as they arrive on site. If materials and equipment are damaged in any way, the superintendent does not allow delivery. The applicable subcontractor is contacted and new and undamaged equipment is requested to be delivered expeditiously.
Alpha's construction warranty will comply with the terms of this agreement. Where terms differ, based on individual project requirements, extended warranty options will be presented to members for consideration. Warranty claims shall be handled by the project office.
