E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

You will be contacted by Abacus Service Corporation within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope of work. Abacus Service Corporation will provide a Scope of Services Proposal. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Members will submit/sign the Abacus Service Corporation Scope of Services Proposal to secure commitment and initiate services. Abacus Service Corporation will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
