For members who want to purchase products sold by a DBE, Grainger offers nationwide channel development solutions, with over 100 diverse suppliers who purchase products from Grainger with the ability to sell directly to E&I members. Grainger's portfolio of environmentally preferable products (EFP) helps E&I members maintain sustainable facilities through efficient energy management, water conservation, waste reduction, and improved indoor air quality. When shopping online, filter results to browse EFP alternative options. Grainger also offers sustainability-related services which include site audits, payback analysis, utility rebate assistance, and replaced product recycling.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Returns for Grainger products must be made within one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Grainger will either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price. Returns of Non-General Catalog items may be subject to a restocking charge (credited for less than full purchase price) up to 35% or more of the sale price.

Grainger warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase from Grainger, unless otherwise stated. Provided that Grainger accepts the product for return during the Limited Warranty Period, Grainger may, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by the customer. Customer must return the product to the appropriate Grainger branch or authorized service location, as designated by Grainger, shipping costs prepaid. Grainger's repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by the customer for the product shall be customer's sole and exclusive remedy.
Some third-party installers may be available upon request. Cost of install is negotiated between member and installer.
Next day delivery, in most cases. Drop ship items quoted as per the manufacturer.
