The Wayne's Roofing contract offers a full range of roofing solutions to support members from conception through completion. Wayne's Roofing stays on top of the latest technological trends, regulatory issues, and industry developments while continually striving to improve the efficiency of their services and increase the value to E&I members.
Wayne's Roofing provides the experience and knowledge to satisfy a variety of roofing needs and has built a foundation based on trust and a commitment to member satisfaction. This contract was initially awarded to serve E&I member institutions in the state of Washington, though the program has the ability to be offered in other regions as warranted and appropriate licensing requirements fulfilled.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

If product ships, there may be a 10% restocking fee. Items that are returned due to damage, incorrect product, or supplier customer service order entry error will not be charged a restocking fee. Inventory must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Warranty claims based on standard warranty or manufacturer warranty
Different products and systems offer different warranties. Standard warranties available, based on meeting manufacturer system requirements, will include: 10-year, 15-year, and 30-year. This warranty can include material only or full system warranties. Composition shingle warranties will be prorated and those 20-, 25-, 30-, 35-, 40- and 50-year warranties. Wayne's Roofing can also offer up to 20-year full system warranties with some select steep slope manufacturers.
Contractor will provide a 2-year service warranty for E&I members from the date of delivery to include parts, labor, and travel.
Emergency repairs are not warranted, and scheduled repair work may include 90-day warranty. Wayne's Roofing certifies and warrants that all products sold to members shall be: new, free from defects in content and materials, provided per manufactures requirements, sold and manufactured via legal and reputable channels, and not mis-branded. Each manufacturer will have their warranty prices listed. In the event there is not a warranty price listed under their product line, Wayne's Roofing has provided separate line item pricing for warranties.
