E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

You will be contacted by Syra Health within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a scope of work proposal or member specific agreement.
Supplier
Syra Health representatives will work with Member to determine client profile and scope of work. Members may enter a mutually agreed upon engagement document, if necessary to the needs of either the member or the supplier.
