E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

For products & services proposed, D2L warrants (a) its employees are appropriately trained & competent to deliver professional services as described; and (b) applications and software will substantially perform, according to applicable documentation provided, provided that the member institution (or D2L at the member's request) has not modified the software. D2L has been awarded a new five (5) year agreement with five one (1) year renewals under E&I Master Agreement E100302. D2L shall continue to provide products and services pursuant to any Member Specific Agreement Agreement (MSA) or Order Form between D2L and Member based on E&I Master Agreement CNR01490 through the final invoice date or expiration of the MSA. Please contact your E&I Representative with any questions you may have.
