E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

The supplier shall hold harmless E&I and the member from all suits, actions, or claims brought on account of any injuries or damages sustained by any person or tangible personal property as a consequence of any negligent action or omission of Supplier in safeguarding the work by the Supplier; or from claims or amounts arising or recovered under the 'Workman's Compensation Law' or any other laws applicable to the Services.
Supplier warrants the applicable services rendered hereunder will be performed by qualified personnel, the professional services performed will substantially conform to any applicable requirements set forth in the Statement of Work for a period of thirty (30) days (the 'Warranty Period') following performance of such services, and during the Warranty Period the Deliverables will materially conform to the corresponding product specifications set forth in the applicable Statement of Work for such Deliverable.
