Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

All furniture is bespoke made-to-order specific to the ordering member; all sales are final
Agati has a strict claims procedure for damaged product. Damaged product coming off the truck is noted on the signed bill of landing and AGATI will replace or repair damaged goods immediately. When goods are shipped via common carrier and there is concealed damage, the member should send a photo of the concealed damage to Agati, who will replace the furniture and remove the damaged goods as quickly as possible.

Agati's Delivery and Installation Department handles logistics for the entire country. All logistics are handled at the Chicago headquarters. Multiple location shipments are centralized at the warehouse in Aurora and shipped from there. Orders for a single location are shipped direct. Agati has an exclusive relationship with United Van Lines. When possible, especially for large orders, product is shipped blanket-wrapped to help reduce cost and waste and ensures well-protected and damage-minimized deliveries.
