E&I’s portfolio of LPA contracts provide agreements that were competitively solicited by a Lead Public Agency in accordance with government purchasing regulations.
How does it work?
LPA contracts were developed through a Request for Proposal issued by a Lead Public Agency, which maintains ownership of the contract. The LPA is an independent government entity which has completed both advertising and bid procedures required by state public contracts law.
