Ensure that you have the following:
1. a logo or mascot file that will be used in your marketplace
2. a unique name for your marketplace
3. your school’s tax-exempt form and number
Complete and submit the Enrollment Form.
After submitting the Enrollment Form, you will be taken to a Thank You page containing a Welcome Package. Download, review, and save the Welcome Package.

E&I BlankBuy Marketplace Enrollment Form

The purpose of the BlankBuy Enrollment Form is to document the Member’s intent to utilize BlankBuy (also referred to as “the marketplace” or “your marketplace”), and to ensure successful enrollment after submission. The form may be completed only by representatives of E&I Member institutions. To determine whether your institution is a Member, please visit our Member Locator. To join E&I, please complete a Membership Application.

Once submitted and enrollment is complete, all Member purchases in the marketplace will be credited to E&I and the Member. All purchases in the marketplace will be under E&I’s national contract pricing.

Once the form is submitted, E&I will enroll the Member in the marketplace within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.

Suffix

Type a preferred prefix in the first field based on your school’s brand – and select a suffix from the dropdown menu. The combined result should be what you want to call your new marketplace: e.g., HawkBuy or Hawk Marketplace
